In True Canadian fashion .. SORRY long post My story isn’t a win my show and just walked in the park to the top.. I grinded for years , I’ve had my share of heartbreaks, wanting to throw in the towel but that inner drive and fire to strive for more never stopped. When I set my mind on something I truly want there is NO stopping until I get it, literally None. 2020 like most I went into a depression, drank wine everyday 24/7 I was in a low point in life. I trained but barley so when things Started to open up I scrambled to fix myself 2021 show was my worst stage package I brought to stage. My posing was terrible unpracticed, the stress from dealing with Covid & travelling in it, my physique was soft. I was continually having little treat meals through my prep, & it showed. I wanted better for myself I knew I could. This year I came Full circle and fully prepared Finally this was the WiN I had wanted @allisondillett @paul_dillett thank you for creating this absolutely amazing beautiful federation For everyone to shine bright in ! From way back to now this brand has grown into the most glamorous fitness federation on the planet! You both show anything Is possible & never give up believe in yourself ♥️I’m so proud to be a worlds queen, it’s an honour! I’m so so incredibly thankful for my friend and coach @jeanjacquesbarrett I love you bud you’ve believed in me and tought me so much over the years I know I can because of you! @renatamassaccesi_fabcostumes thank you from the bottom of my heart for literally being my fairy god mother this weekend I felt like an absolute rockstar ♥️ @magnumsupps for fuelling my Body for years! Never get tired Of my Quattro shakes they truly are the best! To all my closest friends and family thank you for sticking by,being my cheer leaders, I LOVE YOU ALL !!
