if you want an easy holiday dessert thatll melt some hearts.. these are itttt 🥹🫶 Tarts: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 coconut flour 1/4 melted coconut or avocado oil 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla Filling: 1 cup pitted medjool dates 4 tbsp water 1/4 cup almond butter (you can also sub more dates, I just like the flavor this gives!) 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 cup pecans Generous pinch of sea salt Preheat oven to 350f. Mix together the tart ingredients. Generously grease a mini muffin tin & divide the dough amongst it. Bake for 10mins or until slightly golden. Let cool. Make the filling by adding the ingredients (besides the nuts) to a food processor, processing a few minutes until the mixture turns creamy. Then slowly pulse in the pecans until just mixed. Divide the mixture amongst the tart bases. Drizzle over melted chocolate & top with a pecan.
