6-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies ๐
These healthy oatmeal cookies have been my go-to snack, breakfast, and sweet treat lately bc they taste soooo good, are easy to make, and are made with such simple ingredients!
All you need-
1 mashed banana
1 egg (I used 2 eggs but some people said that 1 egg helps make it less runny - either way works)
1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup pumpkin pureฬe
Chocolate Chips
Splash of Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes! Enjoy ๐
