I sometimes make a mix between overnight oats & this pudding — it’s so good and super filling 😩🫶🏻 ✨Ingredients: •1/3 cup chia seeds •2 cups milk / almond mylk •1 tsp vanilla extract •stevia or any other sweetener to taste Combine chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener using a whisk. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Give it another stir / shake, to avoid clumping, and refrigerate overnight.
