The MVP of an alternate universe 🏀 - 📸 & 🪄: @lanajutrzenka - February has been a tough time for me and my mental. They say if you don’t want to worry about making money, you shouldn’t have to look at a clock when you’re working. I’m passionate about the work I do and the level of work that’s been achieved in this month by the team and me has been incredible. I just found because of the sacrifices & long hours I wasn’t particularly proud of anything when all was said and done as i knew there was a ‘next’ project to work on. Being honest with yourself and your team is important and I’ve been fatigued up until this point to meet my deadlines that I forgot to appreciate every moment and finished vision that came to life. The right conversations have been initiated to put me back on track and i’ve lined myself up to have a better work life balance. I can only hope that i can maintain and continue to communicate and not be so internal when it comes to how i feel in a professional space. A little poetic knowing March is coming up. Acknowledge your feelings, listen to your body and march toward a better tomorrow.
