Yesterday was the sweetest kind of Valentine’s Day 🩷 an all-girls morning rooted in faith, movement, and sisterhood✨ We stretched, we strengthened, we prayed, we laughed. There is something so powerful about moving your body while anchoring your heart in Jesus. Movement fuels the body. Faith fuels the soul. Together, they remind us that we are strong, capable, and deeply loved 💪🏻🤍 A huge thank you to @dvelascostco , our incredible Barre instructor, she truly worked our bodies in the best way 🔥 Every pulse, every hold, every shake reminded me how strong we are.
