How it started..Vs how it’s goin.. The first video is my audition dance tape for Pvalley. They told me I had only 30 seconds to impress them and this is what I came up with. 11,000 women auditioned for “Whisper” & “Roulette “!🫢 As my close friends know, I use to be a real life dancer in the clubs , I started when I was 19 years old! It was how I fed myself & provided a roof over my head without any assistance. I moved to La when I was 20 years old in the hopes of becoming an actress. I really had no idea what I was getting into..I was an aspiring actress by day ..and dancer at night. It slowly started to become too much for my mental health . I had low self esteem and self worth and felt that the only thing I was cable of doing is seducing men. I thought there has to be more to life than this. I took a huge risk and quit dancing entirely ! Which is soooooo hard to do ! Not only because of the money you make, but because that’s all you know.. but as soon as I stop using it as a crutch and betted on myself ..EVERYTHING happened at once..the 3rd video is my acting self tape, I look at that video and think wow look how far I’ve come as an artist and as a young women. Pvalley gave me the opportunity to grow in my craft and learn from my amazing cast and crew, and it’s something class will never teach you, you just have to do it , that’s the best teacher . I’m looking forward to the women and story teller that I’m molding myself into..I feel extremely honored by @katorihall & @starz for giving little oh Psalms from Orange Tx a chance , because that’s all it takes , someone giving you a chance .
