The other day I posted a poll and the majority of you said that there’s no going back after the cold-whisked method. Naturally, I needed to try it out for myself 😂 Truthfully, it’s an 8/10 for me. Why? Because large clumps of matcha got stuck at the bottom or my bowl. In this economy?! Overall it was good. This method cuts down on time and I really did like the rich + creamy texture. Will it replace my original method? Probably not. But nice to know there’s another matcha method when I’m in a rush. What are your thoughts?
