I’ve talked before about how when I was a little girl—single digits—I grew obsessed with Borzois. I couldn’t stop drawing them. The Borzoi, of course, is also Knopf’s logo—a fact I knew nothing about growing up in Los Angeles. Which is all to say, who knows what life is or how it speaks to us.
