Like a @starbucks pumpkin scone except gluten free and refined sugar free and SO GOOD! Pair with a pumpkin spice latte for the perfect fall breakfast šŸŽƒ All you need to make: - 2 & 1/4 cup almond flour - 4 tbs coconut sugar or brown sugar - 1/2 tsp baking powder - pinch of sea salt - 3 tbs melted butter - 2 tbs pumpkin purée - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice - splash vanilla extract - 1 egg Mix all ingredients together. Coat your hands in a little olive oil and press dough into a ball on parchment paper. Flatten into a circle with a width of about an inch. Brush with melted butter. Slice into 8 triangles and separate each on parchment paper. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for about 25 minutes.
