It’s not painful, but is quite uncomfortable. She tells us that at the beginning it was a little change, but slowly it has grown to this size. Medication: None. Allergies: None Vit levels : normal Blood levels: normal Symptom: pain if she chews the food on this side. . . . Clinical findings: Only in the keratinized gingiva. About 1,5cm. Starts from the buccal keratinized gingiva and stretches lingual. Strongly elvated. Ulceration. The gingiva is exophytic all the way and sessile. Bleeding on probing. . X-ray: Normal.
