An early image from the developing series, “Commissioned”; documenting and questioning street evangelists whilst examining my relationship towards my faith. Specifically what is known as the Great Commission; a key doctrine in Christianity. When I was about twenty, I regularly went out to share the Good News. I did this with fervency; despite wrestling with feeling peculiar for what I believe. Whilst I am still a practicing Christian, I am now somewhat apathetic towards sharing my world view. I am however fascinated by the conviction of street evangelists. Being ridiculed as fools, they are encouraged by declaring themselves fools for Christ.
