Idk about you guys but I love to train in a way that makes me feel good. Lifting weights is cool and all but how’s your overall athleticism, how’s your foot work, explosive power, endurance? Simple weight lifting isn’t enough for me. I like to move quickly and jump high. So I make sure to incorporate different forms of training into my routine.
