My niece Asya turned 14 yesterday and she requested we make a chicken in creamy mushrooms sauce recipe. We couldn’t think of anyone better than @rowleyleigh for guidance - so this is loosely based on his recipe. Eaten with potatoes last night. Will shred the chicken today, mix with sauce and have with pasta. We also made tiramisu from Home Food (so much cream 🤪) will share videos in a bit.
