Baby Cesca 💗 Joined us one week ago on 4/5. She was born right on time - my water broke as soon as I checked in to the hospital for my scheduled c-section. It has been the most special week of my life - a very different postpartum experience than the first time around. Kind of feels like my heart burst open and melted all at the same time. Because of where I was emotionally & psychologically going in to this, there has been a lot less fear and so much more compassion & gratitude. I’m looking forward to sharing more, for now just taking it one day at a time.
