Don't forget to shop the recipe in our bio link 🙂 INGREDIENTS: 1 Woolworths Lightly Smoked Whole Snoek 500 g Woolworths Exotic Tomatoes, roughly chopped 2 sticks celery with leaves, roughly chopped 100 g black olives, pitted 3 T olive oil 3 T red wine vinegar Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Oil the fish braai grid and place the snoek inside. Braai over medium coals for 5–7 minutes per side. While the fish is on the braai, prepare the salad. Toss together the tomatoes, celery, olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar and seasoning. Serve the fish on the zesty tomatoes, with braaied garlic bread, or flake the fish and serve in toasted wraps.
