making rice, thinking of Uzbekistan. For years it was forbidden in my food religion to cook with fruits. I think it’s good even if you have a strong belief to try and break it to see what happens. I made this rice and dropped plums inside. It was a spark of a memory from uzbeki food I had. Sometimes food memories get stuck in your brain and pop for a second when they are needed 🎈❣️
