For me, it’s about documenting stories in a thoughtful, heartfelt way – capturing the laughs, the tears, the moments in between that often get overlooked or sometimes even forgotten about. It’s not just a case of getting an iPhone out and pressing record. There’s so much thought that goes into each day, from creative direction, to lighting, movement, angles, the shots – and there’s a lot of pre-planning that happens before the big day to align with the couple’s vision. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a lot of talented suppliers who see the value in what we do, but I know there’s still a big misconception in the industry about the value in wedding content creation and why couples need one. For me, I believe there’s massive value in it.
