Gym beats my gender woes. I like training privately so I can be shirtless, and even better not to be surrounded and have time and space to work through my programme. Though I've had a tough couple weeks I haven't been slacking thank u as ever to my trainer @trainwithbecca always keeping it achievable and fun.
