WHY DO YOU FEEL WEAKER?! Here are a few possible reasons why: 1. You’re not recovering - This could be from too much volume, not enough rest days, lack of sleep, suboptimal nutrition, etc. 2. You’re not resting long enough in between sets - Extra recovery time will allow you to push more weight and/or reps during your next set. Progressive overload equates to better growth and strength over time. 3. You’re on your period - Some women feel a decrease in endurance and fatigue quicker during their cycle. Some randomly feel stronger. I personally fall into the former category but have friends who fall into the latter.
