I had a heavenly massage, with essential oils, Gua sha on my back and cupping (the red / dark marks showing areas to focus on corresponding body parts in Chinese medicine). I started seeing Tory years ago and she flies down from Noosa monthly now, so I make sure to book in for my ‘me time’ and come away so relaxed and taking away the knowledge of what i need to focus on - as it’s easy to forget prioritising yourself when you’re caring for others.
