save this baby led weaning breakfast meal prep idea! Love these oatmeal bites for a quick breakfast in the morning. I’ll usually pair with some sort of berry and yogurt and she loves them. You can make a large batch and freeze and then just take them out as you need because they’re freezer friendly for up to 3 months 👏 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 tsp baking powder 2/3 cup milk of choice 1 egg 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp vanilla (optional) 1 apple Combine dry ingredients and combine wet ingredients (let sit for 5 minutes for the oats to absorb most of the liquid) Then slice and fold in fresh apple. Place into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in fridge or freezer!
