“Most Serene Republic” We’re fortunate to have these spectacular gardens close enough to home that we can watch the quiet changes the plants undergo throughout the seasons. Our friends on the east coast may laugh when we say the word ”seasons” in LA, but unlike many of the things our city is known for, the seasons here are a beautiful study in subtelty. Our walks at the Huntington have also reminded us of how important it is to get outside, even for a short time, and look around and just breathe. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers for their beautiful work.
