We worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns this week. A highlight was this breakfast of warm bread, deep yellow summer butter and a juicy plum. My favorite space was a small private dining room formerly known as the manure shed. Everything about the structure of that room felt right me. Having grown up on very small farm these kind of spaces speak to my soul.
