You are your highest quality of life. It's taken me ages to even love myself to be where I am today. I have never thought that I can protect myself so much. Peace doesn't start with other people accepting you or appreciating you. It all starts with your heart, mind and spirit got gotta do all that for yourself ❤️. I've endured a lot of pain grow in up, from family, friends, relatives, society and religious cults/groups in general.
