I’ve been in Nashville for 17 years this month. I moved here right after high school and was the only one from my graduating class to leave the state. Everyone thought it was cute that I was moving to Nashville and that I’d be back because a small town girl usually isn’t cut out for the big city. There have been good years and hard years. The tour bus years and the karaoke bar years. The nanny years and the shop girl years. When we wore peplum tops years? Most of the photos from 2007-2009 are too hard to find and a little too painful to think about. The original Instagram filters in 2011 years.
