i have been putting this post off because i haven’t been able to wrap my head around it 🥲 dear BAKstage fam, i could not be the dancer nor the person i am today without each and everyone of you. you all welcomed me with open arms and taught me how to be myself. the community at this studio is nothing short of incredible. i used to dread going to dance practice as a kid and it felt like a chore. my first day walking into Bakstage, i knew it was the place to be. i looked forward to going and being there for several hours and doing the thing i love most with the people i love the most. saying goodbye to this place was probably the hardest thing to let go of as i go off to college. you all showed me love, encouragement, kindness, empathy, strength, and most of all hope. words cannot even describe @naters03 , @delaneypfeffer , and @itsbritney.fox , you guys poured into me so much and shined a light on me as a dancer, you guys made me come out of my shell, encouraged me, and made me feel so loved. also you guys made BALLET FUN?!? i don’t know where i would be without you guys. this is not goodbye but simply see you later @bakstagedanceco my forever home🩶 #swanssss
