Hurray for @newbottega which has just announced a “certificate of craft” lifetime warranty for its bags, which will offer “unlimited refresh and repair on our iconic bags”. According to the brand’s ceo @leorong1 “our intention is to maintain products in use for longer, reducing the need for replacement.” The certificate will be offered in boutiques from November. Shouldn’t ALL brands offer unlimited repair? Yes they should. And many do (thank you @giulivaheritage for pointing out that you have been doing so since 2020 ).
