Every month I challenge myself to try something new. December’s challenge was a little more uncomfortable & it’s something the ‘old’ me would never have done. But the last 2 years have taught me the fragility of life, that tomorrow is not guaranteed & that I don’t want to go through life simply existing. I did this because I can, because I’m alive & my brother isn’t & I never want to take this life for granted. It was uncomfortable & painful but the reminder I needed that we have infinite power inside us & we’re stronger than we think 🫶🏼🤍 and with this outside @nitalakelodge I couldn’t not do it.
