This peach cobbler is on my summer’s greatest hits list 🤩🍑✨ worth noting that I’m kind of picky about cobbler - I don’t love a thick biscuity cobbler, and I don’t love a cakey/spongey cobbler (lots that I tried are one of those two), so this is kind of more of an crispy-sugary-on-top but tender-on-the-bottom underbaked cookie type cobbler. 😂 And the peaches. OH MAN THE PEACHES. Why are peaches so good. I’m team no-peeling because... why peel a perfectly good peach?
