So I volunteered to lead our team with the task of our HR Diversity Project for our employees for the month of June, and moving forward. I decided to base my theme for June around Caribbean America Heritage Month. As I am doing my due diligence of research, I came across this quote from the late Ms. Tyson, and was compelled to share this with everyone. What a word ....much needed today.
