My birthday gift to myself was a 24 hour break from my phone. Over 500 texts and thousands of social media notifications are nice to see now, but nothing quite equals that solid family time. Thanks to everyone for reaching out. Was a peaceful day getting a solid chest workout and having some amazing food on a great staycation. Glad to live this wild life one more trip around that sun. I DO NOT take it for granted.
