BREATHWORK BREAKFAST AT BERGDORF’S!!️❤️ wow, just wow. What a remarkable morning of sisterhood, sharing, breathing & out of body experiences with a sensational group of women today. We were led by breathwork expert @alison.sinatra a former NYer who now lives in the glory of upstate New York. When I first spoke to Alison by zoom, there was an instant connection; she is committed to creating safe, healing spaces for women and the intense Breathwork we practiced this morning is one such modality. It’s always interesting who shows up to events like this- the energy in our circle was galactic & allowed for incredible openings (vocal, physical, energetic & spiritual) for each of us. We sang, screamed, cried, shook and hollered like the wild animal women we are. Then We bathed in the softest healing sound bath afterwards, lovingly created by @spiralingheartsound, allowing all of our work to integrate inside our bodies & we emerged like glowing goddesses afterwards. So much love in the room!! All of this was done to celebrate our new pop up shop & beautiful windows at @bergdorfs a few floors below our spinning energy portal. It somehow feels so much more right and modern to gather & celebrate in this way that allows for a true connection between women and our community. This is the most special kind of “fashion” event that I can imagine. Thank you glorious women for joining me on the @ladoublej joy adventure. And thank you to sistar @xtinem for passing her lovely breath friend to me❤️
