“תפוח אדם” נוגה וייס @nogakopelman הנחיה: ירון רונן ברבות השנים התנתק האדם מהמקצב הטבעי של היקום. ההקבלה בין התנועה המעגלית בטבע ובין מחזור חיי־אדם הניעה אותי לעיסוק בפקעות. בחרתי בתפוח האדמה בשל היותו פקעת הנחשבת פשוטה וענייה אך עליה מושתתת תזונת העולם. זהב, לעומת זאת, נתפס מאז ומעולם כחומר בעל ערך סימבולי גבוה בתרבות האנושית. שני החומרים טמונים באדמה: הראשון נתפס זמני וחסר ערך, ואילו השני נתפס נצחי ובעל ערך כספי. בהתבוננות מעמיקה, הדבר הפוך. בהשראת סיפורים אישיים שכתבתי, יצרתי סדרת תכשיטים המשלבת בין שני חומרי הגלם ובוחנת את הערך הממשי והסימבולי של החומר בפרספקטיבה של רגע חולף. גלגולו של תפוח אדמה כאנלוגיה לגלגולי חייו של אדם. רשימת חומרים: זהב טהור, זהב ממוחזר מקופסת התכשיטים, חומרי הלחמה, כסף, נחושת, תפוחי אדמה, רשתות פלסטיק. טכניקות עבודה: יציקה, 'קומבו', התכה ומשיכת חוט, יצירת פלטות, ריקוע, שזירה, סריגה, כבישה ופטינה. “Tapuach Adam” Noga Weiss Supervisor: Yaron Ronen Over the years, humanity has disconnected from the natural rhythm of the universe. The circular motion of nature, the human life cycle, and their parallelism led me to engage with tubers. I chose the Potato due to it being considered a poor product, but in reality, the world's nutrition is completely based/reliant on this tuber, and its historic significance. Gold, on the other hand, holds a high value in the human world but doesn't have true merit. Both materials are buried beneath the ground – while one is considered eternal and a safe investment, the other is deemed temporary and worthless. With deep observation, the opposite is true.
