Are you ready for a week of hell 🪖 Honestly can’t even believe I did something like this but I will say it was the most exhilarating thing and bravest thing I have ever done ! To make yourself vulnerable and go through physical and mental hardship at their extreme I can only be in awe of everyone who took part with me.
