These smash burgers with the house sauce! HOLY MOLY they are for SURE one of my most-made recipes from this summer. 🤤 Toasted brioche, extra-seasoned flattened beef patties with the golden brown crust, melty American cheese, pickles and lettuce for me, and seriously, the house sauce. It’s got horseradish (!!) and garlic and mayo and ketchup and sriracha and just W-O-W it’s so good. I don’t normally keep horseradish in my fridge... until summer of 2022! This is on heavy rotation. My cast iron stovetop griddle has been working great for these but honestly I’ve been making these burgers so much that I’m now considering buying an outdoor griddle specifically for these. šŸ˜… Got inspired to try the flavor-base mix-in method from @chefresha’s smash burger recipe on her website - 🤯 so seriously life changing. What I used with the beef: - 4 tablespoons butter - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire - couple swishes of fish sauce (!!!) - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (plus a good pinch of salt on top of each burger once it hits the griddle) For full recipe google ā€œpinch of yum smash burgersā€ šŸ”„ #burgerlover #salt
