These muffins are made using @dairygold_ie new Plant Based spread that really #doesitlikedairy It’s delicious just spread on toast, in baking wherever you normally would put it.... It does the job perfectlyπŸ™#AD Full recipe below(serves 6 large muffins) 150g self raising flour 100g ground almonds 100ml maple syrup 2 tbsp Dairygold plant based spread: melted 125ml non dairy milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 handfuls blueberries dusted in flour 2 handfuls of chopped almonds Preheat the oven to 210β€’C Combine the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into muffins casing & bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins have risen and are golden on top. Leave cool for 15 minutes before digging in. #veganrecipes #veganmuffins
