Grapes : 38% Welschriesling, 34% Chardonnay, 13% Grüner Veltliner, 10% Muskat Ottonell, 5% Weissburgunder (biodynamic DEMETER) Vines planted in 2017 on Obere Heide and in 2001 on Gebühl Soil : clay and sand, partly chalk pockets Vinification : hand picked between 02/09 and 24/09/2020 75 % whole bunch fermented on skins; 12 hours - 8 days (WR, MO, GV, CH) 25 % whole bunch directly pressed (CH, WB) 8 months on lees in used barriques (225s and 500s) and clay amphorae. Tasting : On the nose hints of muscat, a mix of herbals, a slightly nutty character, soft tannins adding to a longer finish, salty & spicy in the end, sweetness rounds it all up. 2020年9月2日に手摘みで収穫開始。 Welschriesling, Muskat Ottonell, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnayの75%は全房で12時間-8日間スキンコンタクト、Chardonnay,Weissburgunderの25%は全房で直接プレス。 ステンレスの空気式プレスで搾汁し自然酵母発酵。225Lと500Lの古樽とアンフォラで澱と共に8ヶ月熟成。瓶詰め前に1度ラッキング。2021年4月に重力で瓶詰め。瓶詰時に微量の亜硫酸添加。 このワインの名前は、ビースティ・ボーイズと彼らの名曲「 intergalactic 」へのオマージュです。スキンコンタクトによる少しタンニン混じりのアロマが完璧なファンクを生み出すからです。それはブドウ栽培とワインの醸造に真摯に取り組み、でも楽しむことも決して忘れないという事を伝えています。非常に暑くて乾燥した年のため、スキンコンタクトは短く、わずかな残糖がよりフルーティーさをもたらしています。豊かで柔らかな口当たりです。マスカットやハーブ、わずかにナッツのようなニュアンスを含み、柔らかなタンニンが長い余韻に加わって、最後に塩っぽさやスパイシーさそしてほのかな甘さが締めくくります。 #inahellmood #rennersistas #naturalwine #skincontact #orangewine #intergalactic #newyearrelease
