Calistoga Dining Scene Pt 1: Bricco Osteria & Bar is an Italian Restaurant established in 2023 (so new!) that serves traditional Italian dishes with the best local ingredients. Fun fact: “Bricco” is an Italian word that refers to an area where the best grapes are grown, symbolizing the highest of quality. “Osteria” means simple and affordable Italian restaurants where hospitality and community is the norm. This restaurant truly made me feel both, living up to its name! My boyfriend and I had a delicious feast and the outdoor dining area was so romantic and nice during dinner time ☺️ the waiter gave us the best recommendation which was the linguine alla chitarra 😋 it’s a must try! And if you want to treat yourself even more, the lamb shank is absolutely delightful with the saffron risotto - a perfect pairing! For dessert I enjoyed the chocolate lava cake more compared to the tiramisu but both were good!
