loaned to me by the @leicastorela. This was the first time I used a rangefinder camera and I was absolutely terrible at focusing with it. It took me the whole of the shoot to figure out how to get half of my shots in focus. I learned that’s where some of the beauty lies, this image isn’t tack sharp... but it has a feeling that I wasn’t getting with my other studio images. Well, after seeing the images I got the Leica bug, but it wasn’t until a few years later that I actually got my own. This shot was on my porch with all natural light. Simha just mussed her hair and we got this lovely shot. I love the skin tones even though the image is pretty blown out.
