Let’s grill scamorza wrapped in fig leaves. Scamorza is a type of Italian cheese. It has less moisture than mozzarella which makes it perfect for the grill. It also has a slight smoky flavor which I crave in the summertime. In Campania they wrap different cheeses in fig leaves or lemon leaves and throw them on the grill for a summer appetizer.
