I did it Mom and Dad! I have a Bachelor’s Degree! 🐝 @scaddotedu It’s difficult to find the words to describe what my journey with SCAD, Savannah, and the friends I met along the way meant to me. My time at SCAD was a period of immense growth, adventure, intense learning, and an abundance of love. I met some of the best friends I’ve ever had, worked with the most talented and inspiring artists, completely transformed my own career, and mentored under the best professors I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be more proud of myself and my fellow artists or grateful for the monumental support and kindness along the journey. This was a very bittersweet week, and these years are ones I will cherish so closely to my heart forever. SCAD and the people I met here have shaped my journey and made me into the artist and person I am today. A massive thank you to my extremely supportive parents, family, and my dad who supported me all the way from teaching me how to draw Garfield at the dinner table in kindergarten to graduating college with a BFA in Animation as Summa Cum Laude. Thank you and congratulations to all my fellow SCAD grads, I am so unbelievably excited for the next chapter and to see you all in the future 🌠 Let’s keep groovin’ ! ♡ ༻❁༺
