Aly Raisman, team captain of the gold medal winning Women’s Gymnastics teams in 2012 and 2016, is the HOPE Award for Depression Advocacy recipient. A leader on and off the floor, Raisman is open about her struggles with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, in hopes that others will feel less alone and comfortable sharing their stories.
