We brought our Breathwork Breakfast to Bellport, this time to @elettrawiedemann’s beautifully tended and consciously-stewarded land, the @mamafarm. I’d never been to this quiet, charming countryside town just a little over an hour from Manahattan- it’s a wonderful tight-knit community with young families hopping from house to house and dropping by Mama farm for their morning fresh eggs. This was the first time I’d ever done Breathwork lying down on the ground, outside, under a constellation of trees, with all of Gaia’s forces merging with my spine, organs, skin and cells. It was fabulous and I’m ever grateful once again for @alison.sinatra & @spiralingheartsound for creating a magical, powerful container of breath, sound and healing. So many friends have hopped to my rescue of late- thank you @cristobalita for deciding that we needed a dinner party too, @deborahtmorosini for providing the chicest, most colorful home in town plus horse therapy this morning, & @juliannemduval for this morning’s flight time during our mantra singing and channeling. There are sisters everywhere you look on this big great planet and so many wonderful women willing to link arms, join forces and help one another along on the path to ascension. It’s funny when they just land on your breakfast plate. So thank you spinning universe for THAT!!️🙏🏻❤️
