It was so dope to collaborate and learn from my friend and one of my favorite chefs, @negropiattoni. We collaborated and created an Argentine - Cambodian menu. This weekend we foraged for wood and Negro taught me how to build wooden structures to cook with. We roasted whole pigs- gaucho style, crispy rice with fermented pork- Cambodian style, roasted local vegetables from upstate NY over fire and blended sauces from both of our cultures. Chef @ggggavin took us home with her stone fruit corn cakes and I die. Thank you @the.modestos and @soappygel, I loved cooking with y’all! Thank you papa @negropiattoni for taking me to school!
