Knowing how to make proper waakye stew is top tier and requires patience. I usually cook mine for a minimum of 3-4 hours to ensure the tomatoes are thoroughly cooked and all my flavors marry into a delicious stew 😉P.S. Because this stew takes so long, I cook a large batch and freeze half of it for later use.
