Yesterday I had the first moment home alone in a minute, the way the tears exploded out of my 👁👁 was unlike anything I’ve experienced. Taking that moment to fully purge all my sadness, frustration, anger, guilt, shame, and fear and to rest afterwards really shifted my energy. This morning I woke up feeling restored, inspired, and excited for this next year & cycle of this beautiful life on this planet. Thank you to all of the beings healing & helping each other make it thru these times. I believe in us.
