#stylelanguage teaches the power of our visual selves. Normally, I am using it and teaching it to connect us all to our highest, most ideal selves. But every once in a while, you might need to use it to tap into some emotions. I have been dealing with something, and today I’m choosing to intentionally feel worse so I can just work my way through it. So when needed, you can do that.
