When I had the chance to propose who we wanted to feature for Pride on @voguemexico I thought of many individuals. But the person who captured my mind the most was @thealyssahunter. I watched her on the latest season of @rupaulsdragrace and saw the way she struggled with the language barrier, even though her looks were very elevated, she wasn’t able to completely share who she was. She is such a good representation for the Latin people and the struggle we have to live everyday because of how industries and things are designed, even though she is an American from Puerto Rico. I love the way she carries herself with such big #pride , as a Queer Latin person. 🤍 She shared with us, her biggest inspirations, the relationships to the women of her family, and of course her best kept secrets for her skin and make up.
