This mornings Christmas cardio class @montagepalmettobluff ⠀ Our family came to this resort in 2019 for Christmas and had the most wonderful time. After two years of hard holiday seasons I decided to get back here with my family so I could teach every morning and start the day in happiness! Sometimes you have to make a conscious effort to make difficult times easier. Do things that make you happy even if it’s one thing a day. ❤️
